The Technique that will make you Great 

Go to a local coffee house, bookstore, train, or any other semi-social place where people are stationary for five minutes. Select a person who you can see fairly well and get started using 'Taking Off List' below.

Hey hey! Don't stare...just look and take a visual snapshot...better yet, a 'feeling snapshot'...and work from that. Write your answers quickly, even if they seem like sheer guesswork.

When you're done, go up to your victim and say this: "Hi there, I'm Jason. I'm actually doing some research on the existence of the Sixth Sense. I'm not a psychic, I just thought it would be fun to see if any of the stuff I wrote down was anywhere close to accurate. What do you think?" And hand them your sheet.

The thing to remember is this: they are hanging out in the coffee shop - why? Because they're boooooooard! Now you're their savior - you're entertainment! They more than likely will be stoked to play along. But you're already done with the reading, so there's no pressure! And you already said you're not a psychic so who cares if you're wrong?

Make sure you write 'hit' on each accurate guess. If you are partially right or reasonably close mark it a hit. Give yourself the benefit of the doubt - you're just learning.

Things to Remember! 

Write in your interpretations. The more detail the better; if you keep getting info, keep going even if it's unrelated.

Draw from the initial sensation or feeling. The faster and less hesitant your answers the more accurate you will be.

Readings should feel light and fun, if you feel grinding difficulty, remember to stop and reset yourself with a deep breath and try again. Don't drain yourself - keep it fun!

11. Describe where are they from or where have they lived?

12. Rate the closeness they have with each of their parents?

13. . What is their favorite color?

14. Do they have children? If so, how many? Male or female?

15. Do you feel they have ever had a near-death experience?

16. What fears do you feel they may have?

17. What kinds of things do they desire?

18. What do you think lies ahead of them in life?

Strengthen your Sixth Sense with three simple games! 

Deck of Cards

Take a deck of ordinary playing cards and place them facing down in front of you. Clear your mind as best you can. Pick up one card and hold the card facing away from you so you can't see what it is. You will start by trying to feel the color of the card, being black or red. Next, try and sense the suite of the card (spade, diamonds, clubs ETC). Last, the suite and the number of the card. The trick is to go with your first instinct. What you are trying to do is understand the feeling your sixth sense is sending regarding the suite. Each suite will have a specific feeling! When you experience a hit you want to remember what that feeling felt like. This is your sixth sense working to communicate its extrasensory perception. After you have had success with the suites, move on to feeling the number and the suite of the card. Remember that your first instincts are usually the best hits! A clear mind will help tremendously. Be sure not to overstrain yourself with to many cards in a row, as fatigue will lead you to start guessing for the answer versus feeling the card.


Number Game

This game is similar to the card game but is one you can do with a partner. The object of the game is again to clear your mind and feel the sixth sense communicating the correct answer. This game is very simple. All you need is a clear mind and a partner. You or your partner will pick who will be the Sender and Receiver. The Sender has to learn to project the sixth sense while the Receiver has to learn to hear it. First, have your partner pick a number. Pick a number between 0-10 for easy, 0-50 for medium and 0-100 for hard. Tell them to stay focused on the number and to visualize the number. What they want to do is project the feeling of the number to you. The same rules of the Card Game apply. Try to keep from guessing, and again go with your first instinct. After you have gone through six or seven tries with your partner, switch and be the person sending the number. The same principal applies for the sender as well as the receiver. The main point is to stay as focused and as free of chit chat in your head when you are trying to project the number to your partner. Again it's about the feeling of the number. Just remember that the clearer the mind and the more confidence you have the better the results. This game is sure to leave you feeling well on your way to developing something that is extraordinary!


Color, Shapes, and Number Game

Take 15 blank flashcards. You will have three different categories for these 15 cards. The first group is color. With a magic marker you will draw a quarter size circles in each card. The following colors are blue, green, yellow, red and black. The next group of five will be shapes. Draw in the shapes, circle, square, cross, triangle, and thunderbolt. The final set will be the numbers 1 through 5. When you are finished you will mix them up as best you can. The same principal applies here as with the other two games. Whether you are sending or receiving this silent communication you must remember that your first instincts are the best hits. 4 Easy steps to a greater connection with your partner

In this modern age there are so many distractions for you to get caught up in. Whether it's from your workplace, the TV or the doomsday headlines scattered across magazines and news papers, you cannot get a break. These relentless distractions find a way into your mind and make it nearly impossible for you to focus on what matters most. It could be a gradual change or it can happen very quickly, but sure enough they are there and affecting your relationship and the intimacy you share with your partner. By working with these four easy steps you can reclaim your mind and enhance your love making experience.

  1. Focus on the touch:
    Whether you are touching or being touched, focusing on the physical reciprocation between you and your partner will help cultivate a greater connection. First, focus on the feeling of your lover's skin. Lose yourself in it. Pay attention to nothing but the texture, the warmth, every detail that you can and let the sensations unravel like you would when you taste a fine wine. Does Gaia have an Imagination?

Explore a perspective that pushes the imagination as we see the connection between technology, global communication and the human experience. We imagine that the planet is a living organism, reflecting on its own existence and role within the universe. We will ponder and identify a great shift of consciousness happening right now! How Gaia Imagines 

Man has just turned a page in his history and evolution as we are engaging the 21st century. Our technology is increasing at an exponential rate and our global community is starting to feel closer and closer together. When we look at our technology, there is one thing that really rises to the surface. Mankind's ability to share its cultures with each other, via music, art, entertainment and movies, is light years from what it was even fifteen years ago much less any other time in our history. Is it possible that our art, music, philosophy and even movies are the imagination of the Earth?

At first glance this concept will seem logical and even ordinary to some. To others there is a glimmer of something deeper beneath this basic observation. Many of us feel a movement beneath the surface. A deeper current beneath the surface ripples of our time. Something that feels like there is a great change about to happen that is so monumental we can't put our fingers on it. We know it's there but how do we identify what it is?

Our logic tells us that the changes in technology are leading to a culmination of events. We envision exploring space, or technology that changes the world. The truth is technology is constantly changing the world from year to year.

But the deeper revelation is that why is the technology there in the first place? It's obvious that the communication between people almost anywhere on this globe is at paradigm shifting levels. The simple fact that there are billions of text messages, instant messaging and voice mails spanning the globe, all happening in real time is in fact staggering. This communication is similar to thought of the human brain as billions of signals rapid fire in an instant from neuron pathway to pathway sending and receiving information all in a nanosecond!

Is it so hard to imagine that the planet is a living organism, collecting experiences and having reflective thought? If our technology is like brain activity for the planet than what is the mechanism behind movies, art, entertainment and philosophy? Is it the imagination of a being that is vastly larger? If human beings are the central nervous system of the planet, than our collective pondering and self reflection as a species on a macro scale is the planet thinking and reflecting on its existence. Simply as we reflect, so does Earth.

Never before in the history of the Earth has a teenager from Cairo been able to read about the philosophy of Nietzsche, or watch a movie like the Matrix all from the laptop in his room and then create a u tube video talking about it. He can listen to a song talking about the human connection and instant message his friend in Japan. If we step back from our normal perspective, we will see a micro look into the reflections of now. We will also see a macro look at the reflections of the planet as an evolving being. A living organism!

We share ideas and concepts that are zipping across the airwaves and the internet as fast as our brain send signals to different parts of our bodies. Every time people reflect across the globe on everything from a concept in a movie, a brilliant novel, or a new song speaking of life, love, and the human experience, the planet is on a macro level reflecting on its existence and its own role in the universe. Every time a new movement of art, philosophy or movie concept is circulated world wide the planet's imagination grows and expands!

We have all as a species been reflecting on our existence and our purpose, since the dawn of mankind. But it is only in this new age where the ability to reflect as a global community is reaching amazing heights of connectivity and fluidity. Perhaps this is the great undercurrent of movement we all feel instinctually? Perhaps this is part of a great awakening for the being we live within, contributing our reflections, our loves, losses our gains? The Earth is awakening!

hen you think of the great enlightened masters, they all seem to share many similar traits: Unusually intelligent, charismatic, can do miraculous things, and they all exhibited the use of the Sixth Sense.

The Sixth Sense or Psychic Sense is anything that excels beyond 'basic' sensory.

  • So a dog that can always sense when its owner is coming home,

    Don't sell yourself short with generalizations. Look that gift horse square in the mouth. Make sure the universe knows you not only want a Ferrari, it has to be a white convertible with custom candy apple red swirl pinstripes, with specific rims, and garage door opener built into the dash. Settling for anything less just waters it down, and offers no way to build your skill with success.

  6. Play the blame game.
    The life situation you are stuck in was obviously the fault of someone or something else. Put off the personal responsibility for making changes as long as you can. If you can figure out who is at fault, maybe it's society, family, friends, enemies, whoever it is, they should make the effort to fix your life. You just have to convince them of that, sit back and wait.

  7. Keep your cynical edge.
    Let's say you give it a try. While waiting to see what happens, stay alert for any signs your manifestation isn't working like you were promised. If you stay on the lookout, you'll discover the way it won't work very quickly! Besides, no one deserves a better life opportunity anyway. Fate hands out the cards. So don't be tempted with optimism. You might end up like one of those cheeky-positive new-agers!

  8. Lose interest if the results don't meet your expectations.
    We live in a modern world. You can get a burger, fries and a drink in less than 5 minutes without getting out of your car. Manifestation should work the same way, right? Set your intention, repeat some affirmation sentence, and wait about a day or two. If nothing happens, then it's probably a lot harder than it's worth. When you think about trying it again, don't bother, there's probably something more satisfying on TV.

  9. Remember, by simply understanding the basics, it's automatic!
    You don't need to do anything. Now that you've seen "The Secret" and have a general mental satisfaction, you're done! Helping the process by putting yourself out in life isn't necessary at all. If you want to manifest your soul mate, just stay home. There's no need to help the Universe or put more odds in your favor by meeting it halfway. Aside from learning, no other effort is necessary. A basic understanding is enough.
Obviously this article is a humorous look into some of the ways most people fail at the Art of Direct Manifestation. Spiritual Desire: A Delusion?

You're driving along, minding your own business and all the sudden the sunset has assaulted your senses with all the color and light of an otherworldly portal. Before you know it you find yourself...contemplating life?

Why do we do that? Is there some spiritual force there, or has the sunset tweaked our brain?

To answer this, we have to explore the feeling. When you saw the colors, the lights, the size... was extraordinary, right? But was what you felt simply the sum of its visual parts, or was there something more?

I've talked to hundreds of people who've felt the same thing while sitting by themselves, taking a walk in nature, or meditating. They describe a smoldering spiritual presence even without those events. So we know that there is definitely a feeling that many people share.

So what is the feeling? 

It comes from something called the 'Navigator', which is a fancy name for your brain's 'instinctual sense'. The Navigator can feel this macro-spiritual connection if you can stop and pay attention. You don't feel it all the time because most people just don't know how to quite their minds; there's too much chatter.

It just so happens that a beautiful sunset, with its awe-inspiring colors and light, has the power to stimulate you into that particular state of mind. It's kind of a wake up call - a reminder, that you're a part of something big.

But it is also reaching out to you. For that window of time, a spiritual transmission has burst into your reality to reach out to you and anyone who can share in it. Those who are open to those feelings will not limit the fullness of that fantastic moment.

What's this about communication? 

The Universe is one huge living organism. We are all a part of it, just like how the cells in your body are living organisms within you, all living independently, and oblivious of you.

There are subtle forms of 'communication' between the parts and the whole. That's why for example, you can get an ulcer from doing stressful work; the messages you are sending to your cells are erratic and confusing. And that's why during a sunset you feel like you are shaking hands with God.

Spiritual Desire is also a desire for Answers and Ultimate Truth. 

Human Beings are naturally exploratory. Once we explore the area directly around us, we naturally want to know what's beyond the next hill.

Today, with the information age and the internet, information gaps are closing, and all the out-of-touch religions and folk-beliefs are losing credibility. Although 90% of people are ok with whatever satisfies the spiritual desire, the real seekers are pushing that boundary, hungry to understand greater and greater levels of truth.

True seekers aren't satisfied with the same old program everyone else seems to be following. There is something beckoning inside, a rebelliousness, to discard everything they've been given for something better.

Returning Home 

Spiritual Desire also encompasses an inner need to return, like fragments of a shattered whole who all know that they were once part of something whole, and desire to one day return.

The Universe is here to experience life in this dimension. We are all a part of that experience-gathering process. The eventual return to the whole is as natural as the hand that reaches out to collect something shiny to bring it back to the eye to view (Yes, the Universe thinks this dimension is shiny).

That's one of the reasons meditation is so satisfying, you can go to a place of rest and peace anytime you like, and it gives you a recharge to take on life again.

Train your Sixth Sense: 4 Powerful methods to boost Sensories

In this tutorial, I'm going to show you a tool that will lead you to remarkable levels of understanding that few have ever reached.

The advantages to this are that you will have rich and productive conversations with people because you'll truly understand them. I'll also show you how to use this tool to observe the world around you in a completely new way!

This mental skill is called Assimilation, and various schools around the world have been teaching it for a very long time.

Assimilation is to 'experience a thing as it experiences', and you're ability to truly experience will grow rapidly. So get ready to unearth many extraordinary and exciting things that are far out of reach with typical perception!

It's Easy! So let's get started! 

The most important things to remember are:
  1. Using Visualization.
  2. And paying attention to how you Feel.

People 

You can Assimilate pretty much anything, but let's start with what we know: People.

People are good to start with because you have a good idea what its like, right? When you Assimilate someone, imagine yourself in their body.

Start off with the basic things like clothes and accessories. Feel their clothing on your body. How does the clothing feel? Do you feel like the clothes affect their disposition or comfort level in some way? How do their watches, rings, and chains make you feel?

Next, consider their physical attributes, like height, weight, and age. How do these things affect their state of mind and actions? Don't over-analyze it, just try to feel or imagine it, and trust whatever you get.

By feeling all these things and imagining it all, it is like putting pieces of a puzzle together; it begins to form an overall experience. The more pieces you can add the more complete the picture becomes!

Now here's a great key! Copy the face, exaggerate it. This really tunes you in to their feelings and often times more!

The eyes are the window to the soul. But don't over-think what you find; just focus on the feeling and trust it. 90% of the time you'll be right!

Note: It's important to have the subject you are Assimilating within visual range. Because of this, places like a coffee house, the train, or the gym are good places to practice.

Animals 

Assimilating animals is really fun. I encourage everyone I teach to go to the zoo to do it. With animals, you really want to strive to use 'non-human' ways of sensing and thinking. Here's a hint: Animals don't have the mental chatter that humans do, and rely more on instinct for the choices they make.

Different animals have different sense abilities. For example, some see from the front and some the sides, some can see well in the dark, or have telescopic vision. Dogs see greens and yellows better than reds and blues, and birds can see ultraviolet light.

Here are some things to consider: Have you ever seen how entertained a cat can be while smelling the various scents of an open window? What about the point of habitat? Do they live lower to the ground, on trees? Think how worms always feel walls around them.

Be careful not to inject human thinking or human emotions into your subject. An ant probably doesn't feel sad about living as a nectar dispenser, and a blind animal may not have a sense for 'darkness'.

Objective observation is key when Assimilating animals.

Plants 

Assimilate a plant in pretty much the same way as you would any other biological life-form. Some areas to pay attention to are veins, roots, thorns, the micro-structure of the plant, and buds.

As a human, you have a lot of sense abilities. So if you were to Assimilate a tree, you may have to minimize your senses down to simple forms of sensation and intent. Think about what that means.

Also consider that trees have deep roots, insects live in them, eat them, and why is it that older trees sometimes seem 'wise'?

Do plants think? Some plants can anticipate night and day. Through your practice, you will discover new ways to view intelligence, the senses, and the definition of life.

Non-Biological Objects 

Non-Biological Objects are things like a cup, a cell phone, or a building. They are the ultimate in 'outside-the-box' thinking because you really have to slow down the mind and experiment with just 'being'.

When you begin with objects, try to start with the structure. This will give you a good overall feeling to get you started. Then, try to see the micro-structure, like as if through a microscope. Move through the fibers of the different parts.

Consider the actions of the object: a hammer vibrates when used, a cell phone is an active participant in many conversations, couch bows to the sitter. If you assimilate a couch, and someone was to sit on it, you may in some way, experience the pressure, structure change, and the effort to support their body weight.

Think about the senses: Senses allow something to interpret a world. Without eyes, ears, and nerve cells, how much of this world would you be able to interpret? Objects don't have any of these. However, just because a thing doesn't have human sensory, doesn't mean it cannot have other means of interpreting this dimension.

Final Note

This is how you detoxify your Body, Mind, and Spirit

This exercise should last anywhere between 15-20 minutes. It will cleanse you and make you feel lighter. The strength and length of the effect is determined by how much you practice it. The more that you work with this exercise the better the results will be. So, give it a try and see what happens next!

When you think about the word Surrender, what comes to mind? If you're like most people, you automatically envision a scenario that entails you giving up something that you hold dear because you are forced to against your will. This obviously has a very negative connotation attached to it. But, what if I were to show you that you can use a form of surrender as a very powerful self liberating tool?

As our understanding of how we process our life experiences has changed we now know that everything that has ever happened to you is still residing in the recess of your conscious or unconscious mind. That means that everything, good or bad, is still in you somewhere and it is affecting the way you think and the way you act. In fact every aspect of your life is being silently affected by all of your life experiences. Now, depending on our life experiences this could be looked at as something beneficial or it could be quite detrimental to how you interact with the world around you.

For example, one morning on your way to work a person cut you off. This caused you to slam on your brakes just as you were about to take a sip of coffee. Your fresh cup of coffee spills into your lap, and not only does it burn you slightly but also stains your brand new pair of pants. What a jerk!

Now this may be somewhat of a simplified example, but I think its one that we all can relate to. How much did this experience bleed into your day? How much did it affect the way you interacted with others at your work place? Do you remember how it turned the whole world against you for that day?

If this one experience of relatively low emotional impact only lasted a couple of minutes and affected your entire day, imagine what a more dramatic experience can do to your entire life.

Surrendering our past experiences can be a painful process and one that we may not want to undergo simply because the thought of bringing forth some of these experiences are too unbearable. But, I assure you that when you do, it will make the world of difference. It is very much the same as going through a detoxification. Initially you are uncomfortable because you are purging toxins from your body and recalibrating your biological equilibrium. Once that equilibrium is regained and the toxins are purged you feel much better, lighter and the body is functioning with greater efficiency.

Now, what I want you to do is feel how your body feels right now. Does it feel tired? Weighed down? Stressed? Tense? Whatever you are feeling I want you to pay attention to it and mark it in your mind to use as a reference point. What are the thoughts that are going through your mind? Take a moment and experience just as you are right now.

Once you have taken a moment to mark your current resting state, I want you to close your eyes and think about the negative experiences you have had in the last day or two. If you can't recall any from the past couple of days then go back until you find one. What you are doing is you are finding the toxins that are poisoning your body, mind and spirit. If you are not aware of them then you can do nothing to help purge them out.

These negativities are weighing on you like sludge, feel yourself in this sludge. Feel the thickness of it, the blackness of it, and the weight of it. It encumbers your movement. The more real you can experience this feeling the better. Make these negativities a physical object or a physical sensation that is like putty. Bring up as much as you can, much like you are digging into the body and pulling it up to the surface. Sit and feel this for a few minutes.

After you have settled and feel the realness of the sludge that you are caked with, take a deep breath and imagine you are outside and it has just started to sprinkle. Here you are covered in sludge and a warm summer rain has just begun. One by one and little by little the rain starts to fall on you. Lift your face to the sky and feel the droplets lightly patting into the sludge on your forehead and your cheekbones.

Over time you feel the sludge start to soften. With each breath a little more softens and eventually it starts to slowly slide away. As it washes away you can feel your movement gradually come back. You start to feel less encumbered. Let it all erode off of you as the rain continues to fall. Feel the warmth of the summer rain embrace you and soothe you. You can even feel it warm your core. Enjoy this warmth.

This exercise should last anywhere between 15-20 minutes. The key to this exercise is making everything as physical as possible. By making everything more physical it helps the brain understand that this is something that you can tangibly get rid of. This in turn creates a longer lasting effect. And, the more that you work with this exercise the better the results will be. So, give it a try and see what happens next!

How to achieve Astral Projection (OBE) Overnight

Three easy techniques to achieve Astral Projection Overnight

Achieving Astral Projection overnight is as easy as going to bed. There are a few ingredients and three easy techniques you need to cook this up. Needless to mention, if you are an intermediate to expert level in the art of astral projection you might already know these ingredients. However, the hope of jotting this down is to provide a very simple recipe to allow anyone to achieve success literally overnight.

Ingredients List


1. First Ingredient: Everything requires an exchange of Energy

      Automobiles need fuel to move, plants need water and sun to grow, even the human body needs energy, in this case food, to function efficiently. That being said, projecting astral projection also requires an exchange of energy, or fuel. The natural question is: What is this fuel and where does it come from?

      Firstly, for clarity's sake let's dichotomize this fuel into organic fuel and prana (life force).

      The aforementioned fuel is plainly and simply just food. The body needs to be well nourished and healthy to be apt to allocate its precious resources to astral endeavors. If you are weak you won't be able to study, exercise, heal, or operate efficiently, it is no different when it comes to astral projection. That being said, it is possible to overwork or put enough stress on the body to achieve astral projection but this is for obvious reasons counterproductive. A healthy diet works best. Plenty of water and a supplement of B vitamins and magnetite will do wonders. Lemon juice is also an important and accessible part of this equation. It is very important to test, test, and test again. What diet works best for you? What feeding time works best for you?

      Attempting to project too soon after dinner will reduce your chances of a projection because of the stress on your digestive system. Substances such as caffeine and alcohol will also act against you. Avoid them during your projections.

      The other and more important kind of fuel is prana. This, in a nutshell is an unseen energy that is all around us and permeates everything. This is the energy that ties and binds our universe together. Think of prana as the "Force" from the film Star Wars. Much like organic fuel allows your physical body to operate, prana is what will fuel your "astral probe" and allow "projection". Breathing is by far the easiest and most accessible way of obtaining prana. What's the trick? In order to absorb prana it must be wanted. Turn your lungs, and your body into a loving home for this prana, invite it in and it will come. There are more advance ways of absorbing prana. Specialized meditation techniques, I recommend a specialized chakra meditation that will yield more than enough prana for projections, amongst other benefits.


2. Second Ingredient: Knowledge is Power

      The biggest factor ruining aspiring astral projectors all over the planet is fear. And knowledge is the weapon of choice against this treacherous enemy. There are countless articles, books and tapes on the subject. Saturate yourself with the subject. Be logical and don't believe everything you read. There is a great debt of gratitude due to all the trail blazers that have put astral projection in the map, but remember these are regular people trying to explain and talk about an unusual subject. Thus, be wary of misinterpretations. One pearl of knowledge that must be shared and will strike down fear of astral projection is that: You are not out of your body. Yes, you never leave your body while you are projecting. Think about these letters that you are reading. You are experiencing with your sight. These letters are outside your body, yet you are able to perceive and experience them while you remain inside inside your body. It is of great importance to grasp this. It will obliterate ignorant fears commonly associated with astral projection, such as, fear of death, fear of possessions and fear of getting lost outside of your body.


 3. Third Ingredient: Practice makes perfect

  Who likes to hear this sentence? Not nearly as many as those that like to say it. But, as painful as it sounds, it holds true. Any skill worth having requires you to put in a decent amount of time and effort. Now that your motivation is likely back to zilch allow me to digress to the original point of this article...yes, the overnight part. Hopefully, your motivation is now back to normal levels. The following are three simple and efficient techniques that will project your astral probe literally overnight.

The movement technique:
After a long day of white water rafting I proceeded to lay down in my bed and rest. Interestingly, laying there in a relaxed state, I couldn't help but notice that the movement of the raft moving down the river had stayed with me. I went with it for a while and as soon as my brain was convinced of the reality of this movement it was tricked into achieving it. Before I knew it my astral probe was inches away from my bedroom wall as I lay in bed. After discovering this purely by accident I experimented with other variations of movement, such as, jogging, swimming and even driving a car with great success.

The "feels like technique":
This is a very powerful technique, and for the purpose of astral projection you might want to think of it as visualization on steroids. Using this technique, is the only way I have been able to project while completely awake. In a nutshell, you will pick a room in your house; the bathroom seems to work best. Lie down and relax in your bedroom. Now as you lay there, relaxing and getting comfortable start to picture your bathroom in your mind's eye. If you are anything like me, your first attempts at visualization will be pathetic. Your job is to trick your brain into believing it is in the bathroom, the brain is no fool, and you need to imitate the sensory data the brain expects to receive to the best of your ability. Feel the colors, the brightness, and the texture of the surface. Look at the mirror, the corners of the room, the sink, you get the idea. It is all in the details.

The lazy technique:
This is my favorite one because it requires the least amount of work. This technique requires you to play around with your normal sleep schedule, so it is not recommended for work or school days. Simply set your alarm clock about three hours earlier than usual. Get up and do some type of task that will require some degree of focus. Read a book, preferably on astral projection, take a walk around your block. Taking a 15 minute drive usually does it for me. Then go back to your warm, comfortable and inviting bed. That is it. I can only speculate that these actions put your brain in a very special state of mind that makes it much more prone to achieve astral projection.

Everything in the universe requires an exchange of energy. Remember that, whether you are writing an article fueled by caffeine or sending an astral probe to the Mexican Riviera powered by prana. Knowledge will set you and your astral probes free. Educate yourself on the subject; it is the only way to dispel ignorance and fear. Be consistent with your practice, anything worth gaining requires effort. And if all this sounds like too much work, at least give "the lazy technique" a try, you might be one of the few lucky natural astral projectors.
